Welcome! I’m Kristy Lemcke the founder of Kreative Ambitions, a unique studio in Brainerd, MN where therapeutic massage and kreative energy collide.

My training includes: Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping, Gua Sha, Scraping Techniques,Hot Stone Massage ,Pregnancy Massage.

Each massage is tailored to your body’s specific needs:

Full mind and body reset with relaxation or more of a therapeutic approach with cupping, scraping, to targeted stretches and pain-relief techniques. With experience in spas, clinics, and yoga studios, I now bring my passion directly to my own studio, Kreative Ambitions. My goal? To make every client feel seen, understood, and better than when they walked in.

Kreative Ambitions isn’t just a name, it’s how I live.

When I’m not helping bodies feel better, I’m creating bold, expressive art mostly with acrylic paint, but I love mixing things up with different mediums and techniques. Where ever the Kreative process takes me!

I’m also a full-time explorer of life, kayaking, mountain biking, hiking, snowshoeing, and jumping into anything that sounds like a challenge or a thrill. I’m the proud mom of two amazing boys who have joined me on many of these wild adventures.

Every part of what I do - art, massage, movement is driven by curiosity, creativity, and connection.
